Full-time Customer Service Representative – $17 – $20/hr

(Pay Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects—from initial consultation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively with both customers and internal teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers via email, phone, and in-person regarding their projects, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotes, enter customer orders, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Send proofs and act as the liaison between customers and our design team to communicate revisions or changes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and project status updates.
  • Promote and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and meet client’s needs and requirements. Strong attention to details and interested in preventing errors and solving problems. Strong ability to clearly present print information while interacting with clients and fellow employees. Positive and upbeat attitude is essential.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.  Multitasking and fulfilling print orders in an organized, timely fashion is critical. Must be hardworking, a self-starter, and a problem solver.

Full Time Benefits:

9 paid holidays (including your birthday), employee health (50% paid premium + $100 Monthly HSA contribution for covered employees), 2 weeks of vacation after one year. Simple IRA with 3% match when eligible. ESST starts right away.

The hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, occasional overtime may be required.
